These Terms of Service govern access to and use of getvoxtalk.com and the Vox Talk AI triage platform (together, the "Service") operated by Vox Talk AI Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Ireland with registered address at 10 Hanover Quay, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin D02 R573, Ireland.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Where the Service is accessed by a monitoring center operator under a separate service agreement, that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. These Terms apply to your use of the website and, for operators without a separate agreement, to the triage platform.
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under your country of residence.
2. Use of the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to use the Service.
- The triage platform is designed for use by commercial security monitoring centers and their authorised personnel. Connecting it to live monitoring infrastructure is your responsibility.
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorised access, or to process personal data in a manner inconsistent with your own obligations under GDPR.
- You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by mandatory law.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, AI models, interfaces, and content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by EU and international intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during any active service agreement. No broader rights are granted.
4. Customer Data and Processing
You retain all rights to the call recordings, caller data, and other content processed through the triage platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the lawful basis required under GDPR to submit call recordings and personal data to the platform. You grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and maintain the Service.
We do not use call recordings or triage outputs to train models or improve algorithms without your written consent.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Contracts)
Where you enter into a paid contract with us as a consumer at distance, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive without giving any reason. To exercise the right, contact us at [email protected] with a clear statement of withdrawal. We will refund all payments received within 14 days.
The Service as currently offered through getvoxtalk.com is directed at business operators. The right of withdrawal applies only where a natural person enters a paid contract outside their professional capacity.
6. Disclaimers and Statutory Guarantees
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The triage engine is designed to assist dispatchers in prioritising alarm-response calls; it is not a substitute for human judgment in safety-critical decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company's liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Statutory guarantees applying to consumers under EU law are not affected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed EUR 100, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (see Section 6).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or of any separate service agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (Sections 3, 6, 7, 9, 10).
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
The courts of Dublin, Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (Articles 17-19 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012). If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, and we may sue you only in those courts.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not commit to using ODR but will cooperate where required.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are posted with a new "Last updated" date. Where required, we will notify active platform users directly.
